PRODUCTION AND AGEING: The grapes are destemmed and placed in stainless steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature of around 25 °C to enhance the wine’s aromatic expressiveness and preserve its fruity and floral notes; after being racked, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation and is aged before being bottled.
TASTING NOTES: Ruby red in colour, this wine is very fresh and has a pleasant roundness. An elegant bouquet with intense fresh fruit aromas and a floral scent. Hints of cherry, strawberry, grapefruit and violet. Well structured, soft and harmonious. To best enjoy its freshness, this wine should be drunk young.
