Rosato di Pieve


PRODUCTION: The production method for this wine involves a short maceration of the skins in the must and a long temperature-controlled fermentation with lees ageing followed by immediate bottling.

TASTING NOTES: The idea for this wine was inspired by the desire to enjoy our Sangiovese in a pleasant rosé version – scented, soft, and perfect for a party, a summer evening or an aperitif. Our rosé stands out for its intense floral and red fruit aromas, its deep pink colour and its fruity, delicate and lingering taste.
